The service
Orbis provides a customer relationship management (CRM) workspace with agents that prepare suggestions, drafts and tasks for your review. Orbis is in early access: features may change, be limited or be unavailable, and some features shown on the website are planned rather than live.
Your account
You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for keeping your Google account secure. You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding agreement, and if you use Orbis for an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it.
Your content
You own the information you add to Orbis and the data from services you connect. You give Orbis permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the right to add that information, including any personal information about your contacts.
Agents and AI-generated content
Agents may produce drafts, rankings, summaries and suggestions. They can be incomplete or wrong. Review anything before you rely on it or send it. Orbis is designed so you decide what happens next, and you are responsible for the messages and actions you approve.
Connected services
When you connect a service such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack or QuickBooks, your use of that service remains subject to its own terms. You can disconnect at any time. Orbis is not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use Orbis to send spam or unlawful messages, or to harass anyone.
- Don’t try to access other people’s workspaces, probe or disrupt the service, or get around its limits or security.
- Don’t use Orbis to break the law or infringe someone else’s rights.
We may suspend access that puts the service, other users or the public at risk.
Plans and pricing
Orbis is currently free during early access. Paid plans shown on the website are planned and not yet available for purchase. If we introduce paid plans, pricing and billing terms will be presented before you are charged.
Ending your use
You can stop using Orbis and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing hello@launchorbis.com. We may end or change the service, with reasonable notice where practical so you can export your information.
Disclaimers and liability
Orbis is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Orbis is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if you paid nothing.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Orbis develops. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, notify account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use Orbis after that means you accept the updated terms.
